Key Product Features
Ultra-high-efficiency oil-gas coalescing separation
Gradient micro glass fiber medium captures tiny submicron oil mist particles, condenses aerosol into large liquid oil droplets that flow back to the lubricating tank via built-in oil return tube, effectively cutting compressor oil consumption and eliminating oil carryover in compressed air.
Low pressure drop energy-saving design
Large pleated effective filtration area ensures smooth airflow, maintains stable low airflow resistance under long-term full-load continuous operation, and reduces air compressor power loss.
Super-large oil & dirt holding capacity
Multi-layer deep-depth filter structure stores massive separated lubricant, extends maintenance intervals and reduces replacement frequency.
Full stainless steel perforated inner support cage
Prevents filter layer collapse, deformation and damage under long-term high-temperature, high-flow industrial operating conditions.
Working Principle
Oil-gas mixture discharged from compressor airend flows into the separator tank. Large oil droplets are separated by gravity first; residual micro oil mist penetrates the glass fiber coalescing layer and is fully trapped, then condensed into liquid oil to flow back to the lubrication system. Clean low-oil compressed air flows out for post-processing purification.
Application & Industries
Widely applied in machinery manufacturing, metal processing, packaging, textile, automotive spray coating, food & beverage, pneumatic tools and factory centralized air supply systems.
